CONDITIONS & POLICIES:

• Rates are per person, based on double occupancy.
• Booking Policy - A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Full payment is required 30 days prior to guest arrival date for  both low and high season dates.
• Cancellation Policy -  Any cancellation for reservations done between July 1st & November 31st, 2020 will be refunded in full less 10% handling fee. However, should you be unable to travel this year due to COVID-19 kindly note that we are extending the credit up to 2 years from the original date of reservation at NO EXTRA charges.
